At KHOJ by JJ, each piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch.

At present, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once they have been delivered. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and materials carefully before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain products and are not considered defects.
